date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
Taxes are estimated based on a 12.40 % per room per night tax. Changes in taxes or fees
applied after booking may affect the total rate for your stay.
The Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where
it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other
circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or
error.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 Noon. Guests arriving before 3 p.m. will be
accomodated as rooms become available. The Bell Staff can arrange to check baggage for
those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guest attending functions on
departure day.
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older.

FROM I-5 NORTH OR SOUTH: Take exit #152 (188th Ave). The hotel is located 1 mile West of
I-5 on the corner of 188th and Pacific Highway South.
Parking Fees:
Parking at the Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport is only $5 per day for convention attendees.
Hotel guests have in and out privileges, non hotel guest do not.
The regular parking fees at the hotel are $16 per day, which we arranged to have lowered for
our convention attendees.

Seatac International Airport
* Distance from hotel: 0.25 mi.
* Drive time: 7 min.
Directions: Turn right out of airport exit, proceed 1/4 mile south. Hotel will be on the left side.
Boeing Field
* Distance from hotel: 7 mi.
* Drive time: 20 min.
Directions: East Marginal Wy South for 1 mile to I-5. Follow I-5 south, exit 152. Proceed on
S.188th Street for 1 mile; hotel is on right side.
