ConQuest NW Flea Market
GET MONEY FOR YOUR OLD GAMING STUFF!
Flea Market areas are available for attendees to sell their old gaming items throughout the
show. Beginning at 2pm on Friday (Time Block C), we will have four areas available for folks
interested in selling. Each area is a six foot by six foot square. No tables are permitted.
Each Flea Market permit will cost $15 for a single area during a single time block. The time
blocks are noted below. We are also offering people a double time block permit for $20.
Double time blocks available are:
C & D, E & F, H & J, M & N, R & S, T & U (see chart below)
Limit of one Flea Market permit (single or double) per person for the entire show. Person of
record paying for permit must be the same person manning the table. The areas are six feet
by six feet squares. There is no power available.
FLEA MARKET POLICIES
You may fill the table with things to sell, but may not have items on the floor around or under
the table. You must man your area during the entire permit period. Show up 30 minutes before
your permit time. You will have 30 mins to setup your goods, and your area must be completely
cleared by the end of your time period.
No selling is allowed at the convention, unless you are an authorized vendor in the vendor
area, or have a flea market permit for the current time block. People selling things during other
times, or without the proper credentials will be asked to leave the show immediately with no
refund.
The selling of any appreciable quantity of current products (either in or out of shrink wrap,
freight-damaged, etc.) will not be allowed.
The sale of new currently available products from manufacturers present at this show is not
allowed!
Please exercise good taste in the items you offer. The convention reserves the right not to rent
a flea market area.
All decisions of the convention staff are final!
Individuals judged in violation of these policies may be expelled from the convention for the
remainder of the event.
