ConQuest NW Event Submission
Form Instructions:
Submit a game and/or event to our convention coordinators. They are hard at work scheduling
and trying to get in as many games as possible into the 3 days of the con. Please fill out all
info, and if you're not sure of an answer, drop a note in the comments.
Also, please make sure to read over the rules and guidelines for Volunteers and
GMs on the Volunteer page.

Please fill out all the areas below. Incomplete forms will not be considered for the show. Email
and personal addresses will not be available publicly. (The text boxes have instructions in
them. Please just select and delete those before typing in your Event Description and
comments.)
Please do not submit events to start before 1pm on Friday, or after 5pm on Sunday. Saturday
between 11pm - 4pm is the heaviest attended portion of the show, so try and look for another
time to run your game to have the best chance of getting the time you would like.
